Top South African Trails is a campaign developed to create awareness of the top mountain bike trails in South Africa. The objective is to showcase as many recognised mountain bike trails as possible and to run an annual ranking to establish which trails are best in their category.
Top South Africa Trails is an initiative created and managed by Sean Badenhorst of TREAD Media and Michael Griffin, an entrepreneur that sees the importance of year-round mountain biking opportunities for South Africans.
In the long term, Top South African Trails is just one piece of a puzzle that makes up Singletrack Society, developing initiative that will add value and offer ongoing benefits to mountain bikers in South Africa and abroad.
The way the Top South African Trails website is designed allows us to get feedback from you, the mountain biker, in assisting us to rate and rank trails and in giving trails owners a way to ensure they are offering what their market wants.
